ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: The National Security Agency hereby gives notice of its intent to grant Doar, Pekuin, Sall Limited Liability Company a revocable, non-assignable, exclusive, license to practice the following Government-Owned inventions as described in the following: U.S.
