Take notice that on May 20, 2010, Columbia Gulf Transmission Company (Columbia Gulf), 5151 San Felipe, Suite 2500, Houston, Texas 77056, filed an application, pursuant to section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA), for a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing Columbia Gulf to construct and operate minor facilities required to isolate a portion of its existing transmission system to transport unprocessed gas (wet gas) near Centerville, Louisiana.

To minimize construction associated with transporting wet gas and there is current unsubscribed capacity in Columbia Gulf's Erath and East Lateral system, Columbia Gulf proposes modifications of these laterals to reserve capacity for receiving wet gas and delivering it to Neptune in Centerville, Louisiana. The construction consists of taps, regulating facilities, valves, launchers and receivers, and minor piping located in Columbia Gulf's existing rights-of-way. Columbia Gulf estimates the construction costs of the proposed facilities to be $4.2 million Any questions regarding the application are to be directed to Frederic J. A person obtaining party status will be placed on the service list maintained by the Secretary of the Commission and will receive copies of all documents filed by the applicant and by all other parties. A party must submit 14 copies of filings made with the Commission and must mail a copy to the applicant and to every other party in the proceeding. Only parties to the proceeding can ask for court review of Commission orders in the proceeding.
