Chapter 35). *Agency:* Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). *Title:* Defense Priorities and Allocations System. *OMB Control Number:* 0694-0053. *Form Number(s):* None. *Type of Request:* Regular submission. *Burden Hours:* 14,477. *Number of Respondents:* 18,000. *Average Hours Per Response:* 5 seconds to 15 minutes. *Needs and Uses:* This record keeping requirement is necessary for administration and enforcement of delegated authority under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2061, *et seq.* ) and the Selective Service Act of 1948 (50 U.S.C. App. 468).
