(RAC)will meet in Yreka, California to discuss routine business associated with requesting proposals consistent with the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act. DATES: On April 19, 2010, there will be a workshop for the public to understand the process for submitting a project proposal to the RAC. The workshop will start at 2 p.m. and the regular monthly RAC meeting will follow the workshop. ADDRESSES: The RAC workshop and meeting will be held at the Yreka Holiday Inn Express Conference Center, 707 Montague Road, Yreka, CA 96097.
