SUMMARY: EPA issued a notice in the **Federal Register** of Thursday, February 4, 2010, Vol. 75, No. 23, page 5790, FRL-8807-5, concerning the receipt of the initial notice of filing of pesticide petition
(PP)*9E7651* in Docket identification No. EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-0980 proposing to establish import tolerances in 40 CFR part 180 for residues of the “insecticide” fluazifop-p-butyl in various potato commodities. This document is being issued to correct typographical error from “insecticide” to “herbicide,” and to extend the comment period for an additional 30 days. DATES: Comments must be received on or before April 9, 2010.
