SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Louisiana is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of August 27, 2005: The parishes of Acadia, Calcasieu, Cameron, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson Davis, St. Martin, St. Mary, Vermilion, and West Baton Rouge for Public Assistance Category B (emergency protective measures), including direct Federal assistance. The parishes of Ascension, Assumption, Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, and Washington for Public Assistance Categories A and B (debris removal and emergency protective measures), including direct Federal assistance.
