SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: OTS may not conduct or sponsor an information collection, and respondents are not required to respond to an information collection, unless the information collection displays a currently valid OMB control number. As part of the approval process, we invite comments on the following information collection. *Title of Proposal:* Management Official Interlocks. *OMB Number:* 1550-0051. *Form Number:* N/A. *Regulation requirement:* 12 CFR part 563f. *Description:* OTS requires information to evaluate the merits of interlocks exemption applications. 12 CFR part 563f sets forth several interlocking relationships that are prohibited. Generally, a management official of a depository institution or depository holding company may not serve as a management official of an unaffiliated depository institution or depository holding company if the entities in question (or a depository institution affiliate thereof) have offices in the same community or metropolitan statistical area or are of a certain asset size.
