(BTS)*Title:* Airline Service Quality Performance—Part 234. *Type of Request:* Extension of a currently approved collection. *OMB Control Number:* 2138-0041. *Forms:* BTS Form 251. *Affected Public:* U.S. air carriers that provide scheduled passenger service. *Abstract:* Part 234 gives air travelers information concerning their chances of on-time flights and the rate of mishandled baggage by the 19 largest scheduled domestic passenger carriers. *Estimated Annual Burden Hours:* 3,021 hours. ADDRESSES: Send comments to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget, 725-17th Street, NW., Washington, DC 20503, Attention BTS Desk Officer. Comments are invited on: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Department concerning consumer protection.
