ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Mississippi (FEMA-1550-DR), dated September 15, 2004, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Mississippi is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 15, 2004: Adams, Amite, Claiborne, Copiah, Franklin, Hinds, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lincoln, Pike, Rankin, Scott, Simpson, Warren, and Wilkinson Counties for emergency protective measures (Category B) under the Public Assistance Program, including direct Federal assistance, at 100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs for a period of up to 72 hours.
