ACTION: Notice of advisory committee meeting. SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this constitutes notice of the upcoming meeting of the Grain Inspection Advisory Committee (“the Committee”). DATES: November 16, 2004, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and November 17, 2004, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice to the Administrator of the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration with respect to the implementation of the U.S. Grain Standards Act (7 U.S.C. 71 *et seq.* ). The agenda will include Enterprise Architecture, Process Verification, ISO evaluation, Phytosanitary Certification, New Soybean Traits, Ethanol Co-Products/DDG Standards, Outsourcing: Rice Program, and general Agency issues.
