ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Carolina (FEMA-1546-DR), dated September 10, 2004, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Carolina is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 10, 2004: Macon County for Public Assistance. Henderson and Jackson Counties for Public Assistance [Categories C through G] (already designated for Individual Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B] at 100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs for the first 72 hours).
