ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period. SUMMARY: In this document, the Federal Communications Commission is extending the comment and reply comment period for the Third Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). The Commission finds that it is in the public interest to extend the time for the filing of comments and reply comments on the NPRM.
DATES: The time for filing comments on all issues raised in the NPRM, including Paperwork Reduction Act is extended to December 3, 2004, and the time for filing reply comments is extended January 3, 2005.
