ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of West Virginia (FEMA-1558-DR), dated September 20, 2004, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of West Virginia is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 20, 2004: Berkeley, Cabell, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Mason, Morgan, and Wood Counties for Individual Assistance and debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A & B) under the Public Assistance Program. Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, Pleasants, Tyler, Wetzel, and Wirt Counties for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A & B) under the Public Assistance Program (already designated for Individual Assistance.)
