ACTION: Agency information collection activities: submission for OMB review; comment request. SUMMARY: The EIA has submitted the form EIA-886, “Annual Survey of Alternative Fueled Vehicle Suppliers and Users” to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 *et seq.* ). DATES: Comments must be filed by October 22, 2004. If you anticipate that you will be submitting comments but find it difficult to do so within that period, you should contact the OMB Desk Officer for DOE listed below as soon as possible. (AFVs)made available on a calendar year basis and the amount and distribution of each type of Alternative Transportation Fuel
(ATF)consumed. The data will be used to track the AFV supply situation available for the Federal Government, State Governments, and the fuel providers, and the consumption of ATFs. Respondents are manufacturers, importers, and conversion companies of AFV vehicles, and ATF providers and users. 7.
