ACTION: Proposed rule. SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by Charles Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 234C3 at Paducah. The reference coordinates for Channel 234C3 at Paducah are 34-03-25 NL and 100-18-36 WL. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before October 18, 2004, and reply comments on or before November 2, 2004.
