BILLING CODE 8025-01-P SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION [Declaration of Disaster #3609] State of Louisiana Morehouse Parish and the contiguous parishes of Ouachita, Richland, Union, and West Carroll in the State of Louisiana; and Ashley, Chicot, and Union Counties in the State of Arkansas constitute a disaster area due to severe thunderstorms and flooding that occurred on July 17 through July 18, 2004. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on October 11, 2004 and for economic injury until the close of business on May 10, 2005 at the address listed below or other locally announced locations:
