(OMB)for emergency clearance the following proposal for collection of information under provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). *Agency:* Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). *Title:* Export and Reexport Controls for Iraq. *Agency Form Number:* BIS-748P. *OMB Approval Number:* 0694-none. *Type of Request:* Extension of a currently approved collection of information. *Burden:* 93 hours. *Average Time Per Response:* 3 to 3 1/2 hours per response. *Number of Respondents:* 25 respondents. *Needs and Uses:* The primary purpose of this proposed collection of information is to establish a new and expedited export license type developed specifically for exports and reexports of controlled items destined to civil infrastructure rebuilding projects in Iraq. The information furnished by U.S. exporters provides the basis for decisions to grant licenses for export, reexport, and classifications of commodities, goods and technologies that are controlled for reasons of national security and foreign policy. *Affected Public:* Individuals, businesses or other for-profit institutions. *Respondent's Obligation:* Mandatory. *OMB Desk Officer:* David Rostker.
