The Taxpayer Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comment, ideas, and suggestions on improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service. DATES: The meeting will be held Monday, August 23, 2004, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Tuesday, August 24, 8 to 11:30 a.m., central daylight time.
