ACTION: Notice of open meeting. SUMMARY: This notice announces a meeting of the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EMSSAB), Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory. The Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of these meeting be announced in the **Federal Register** .
DATES: Tuesday, July 20, 2004, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2004, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Opportunities for public participation will be held Tuesday, July 20, from 12:15 to 12:30 and 5:30 to 5:45 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 21, from 11:45 a.m. to 12 noon and 3:55 to 4:10 p.m. Additional time may be made available for public comment during the presentations. These times are subject to change as the meeting progresses, depending on the extent of comment offered. Please check with the meeting facilitator to confirm these times.
