ACTION: Notice of availability. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the EPA has posted its responses to States' and Tribes' 8-hour ozone air quality designation recommendations on the web. If a State or Tribe wishes to submit additional information to EPA regarding the designations, we have requested that they submit that information no later than February 6, 2004.
