Description: Part 708 of NCUA's Rules and Regulations directs credit unions to provide members with information to evaluate a charter conversion proposal. NCUA needs the information to fulfill its statutory duty to administer the membership vote. Respondents: Federally insured credit unions. Estimated No. of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 10.
