Summary

The Commission, at the request of Estes Broadcasting, Inc., substitutes channel 38− for channel 54+ at Longview, Texas. See 68 FR 33431, June 4, 2003. TV channel 38− can be allotted to Longview, Texas, in compliance with the minimum distance separation requirements of Sections 73.610 and 73.698 of the Commission's Rules. The coordinates for channel 38− at Longview are North Latitude 32-35-23 and West Longitude 95-23-27. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
