SUMMARY: This document announces the dates and locations of Tribal public hearings wherein EPA will take comments on its proposed rule for “Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Procurement under Environmental Protection Agency Financial Assistance Agreements,” published on July 24, 2003 at 68 FR 43824.
These Tribal public hearings will be held during the 180-day public comment period for the proposed rule, which ends on January 20, 2004.
