Take notice that on August 29, 2003, Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership (Great Lakes) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to be effective October 1, 2003: Third Revised Sheet No. 0.
Sixth Revised Sheet No. 4A. Fourth Revised Sheet No. 16A. Fourth Revised Sheet No. 28. Second Revised Sheet No. 50L. Second Revised Sheet No. 50O. Second Revised Sheet No. 50P. Eighth Revised Sheet No. 65. Fourth Revised Sheet No. 88. Great Lakes states that these tariff sheets are being filed to incorporate administrative and conforming changes to the Great Lakes tariff. Great Lakes also states that none of the proposed changes will affect any of Great Lakes' currently effective rates and charges.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with § 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
