ACTION: Notice and request for comments. SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency has submitted the following proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3507). *Title:* Citizen Corps Individual Registration. *Type of Information Collection:* Existing collection in use without an OMB control number. *OMB Number:* 1660-New. *Abstract:* Citizen Corps requests information from those who would like to support the program as volunteers.
This will allow volunteers to be grouped by their fields of interests and expertise, and by location. Local Citizen Corps Councils will use information in order for them to plan and coordinate activities. *Affected Public:* Individuals or households. *Number of Respondents:* 40,000. *Estimated Time per Respondent:* 5 minutes. *Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours:* 3,333 hours. *Frequency of Response:* On occasion. *Comments:* Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget, Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, (Attention:
