Therefore, DoD, GSA, and NASA amend 48 CFR part 52 as set forth below: PART 52—SOLICITATION PROVISIONS AND CONTRACT CLAUSES 1. The authority citation for 48 CFR part 52 is revised to read as follows: Authority: 40 U.S.C. 121(c); 10 U.S.C. chapter 137; and 42 U.S.C. 2473(c). 52.213-4 [Amended] 2. Amend section 52.213-4 in paragraph (a)(2)(vi) by removing “(Dec 2001)” and adding “(Apr 2003)” in its place. 52.244-6 Subcontracts for Commercial Items. 3. In section 52.244-6, revise the section heading to read as set forth above; and in the clause heading, remove the words “and Commercial Components”. 52.247-64 [Amended] 4. Amend section 52.247-64 in the first parenthetical in the introductory text of paragraph
