Agency: Bureau of Land Management, Interior
Action: Public Land Order
Citation: FR Doc. 03-10497 · CO-930; COC-012768

Summary

This order partially revokes Public Land Order No. 1659 insofar as it affects 60 acres of National Forest System land withdrawn for a Forest Service recreation area. The land is no longer needed for this purpose, and the revocation is needed to consummate a pending land exchange. This action will open the land to such forms of disposition as may by law be made of National Forest System land and to mining. The land has been and remains open to mineral leasing. EFFECTIVE DATE: May 29, 2003.
