Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Ad Hoc Issue Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Monday, March 3, 2003 from 1 pm PST to 3 pm PST via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
