The collection of information contained herein is necessary for the safety of emergency response personnel responding to fires at sites where explosives are stored. *Respondents:* Business or other for-profit, individuals or households, farms, State, Local or Tribal Government. *Estimated Number of Respondents:* 10,057. *Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent:* 90 minutes. *Frequency of Response:* Semi-annually. *Estimated Total Reporting Burden:* 60,342 hours. *OMB Number:* 1512-0537. *Form Number:* ATF F 5154.3. *Type of Review:* Extension. *Title:* Bond for Drawback Under 26 U.S.C. 5131. *Description:* Business that use taxpaid alcohol to manufacture nonbeverage products may file a claim for drawback (refund or remittance). Claims may be filed monthly or quarterly.
