Summary

The Commission, at the request of Macon Urban Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Good News Television, substitutes DTV channel 45 for DTV channel 50 at Macon, Georgia. See 67 FR 61572, October 1, 2002. DTV channel 45 can be allotted to Macon, Georgia, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 32-45-51 N. and 83-33-32 W. with a power of 1000, HAAT of 223 meters and with a DTV service population of 608 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
