(SSC)will convene January 28 - 30, 2003 in Honolulu, HI. DATES: The SSC meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January 28, 2003, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January, 29-30 2003.
