(1988)that an open meeting of the Area 5 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Friday, February 7, 2003, from 1 to 4 p.m., and Saturday, February 8, 2003, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Courtyard Overland Park, Metcalf, 11301 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66210. The Taxpayer Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comment, ideas, and suggestions on improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service.
