Take notice that on December 19, 2002, Cove Point LNG Limited Partnership (Cove Point) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets: *Effective December 4, 2002:* Second Revised Sheet No. 115. *Effective December 20, 2002:* Second Revised Sheet No. 128;
First Revised Sheet No. 128A; Third Revised Sheet No. 153. Cove Point states that its filing complies with Order No. 587-O and the Commission's order issued on December 4, 2002, in Docket No. RP03-65-000. Cove Point proposes an effective date of December 4, 2002, for Sheet Nos. 115 and 153 and of December 19-20, 2002, for Sheet Nos. 115 and 153. Cove Point states that copies of its letter of transmittal and enclosures have been served upon Cove Point's customers and interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
