ACTION: Extension of the scoping period in conjunction with revision of the Land and Resource Management Plans (hereafter referred to as Forest Plan or Plans) for the Kootenai and Idaho Panhandle Forests (Kootenai Idaho Panhandle Zone, hereafter referred to as KIPZ) located in Lincoln, Sanders, and Flathead counties in Montana; Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, Shoshone, Benewah, Latah, and Clearwater counties in Idaho; and Pend Oreille county in Washington. SUMMARY: The scoping period has been extended for the proposed revised Forest Plans and the Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The original notice of intent was published in the **Federal Register** , Vol. 67, No. 83 on April 30, 2002 as FR Doc. 02-10548. DATES: Comments concerning the scope of the analysis must be received in writing by March 21, 2003.
