ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 277C2 to Pampa, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Katherine Pyeatt. *See* 67 FR 53902, August 20, 2002. The coordinates for Channel 277C2 at Pampa are 35-42-07 and 100-50-28. There is a site restriction 21.3 kilometers (13.2 miles) northeast of the community.

With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 277C2 at Pampa will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order. DATES: Effective December 30, 2002.
