(1988)that an open meeting of the Area 5 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Monday, December 16, 2002, from 2:30 p.m. central time to 4:30 p.m. central time via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
