ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Indiana Broadcasting LLC, licensee of station WANE-TV, substitutes DTV channel 31 for DTV channel 4 at Fort Wayne, Indiana. *See* 66 FR 65872, December 21, 2001. DTV channel 31 can be allotted to Fort Wayne, Indiana, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 41-05-38 N. and 85-10-48 W. with a power of 82, HAAT of 253 meters and with a DTV service population of 792 thousand.
Since the community of Fort Wayne, Indiana, is located within 400 kilometers of the U.S.-Canadian border, concurrence from the Canadian government has been obtained for this allotment.
