ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 284A to Asherton, Texas, in response to a petition filed by Jeraldine Anderson. *See* 66 FR 51360, October 9, 2001. The coordinates for Channel 284A at Asherton are 28-22-58 and 99-45-00. There is a site restriction 6.8 kilometers (4.2 miles) south of the community.
With this action, this proceeding is terminated. A filing window for Channel 284A at Asherton will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order. DATES: Effective September 3, 2002.
