ACTION: Proposed rule. SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Lutterloh Community Broadcasters proposing the allotment of Channel 233A at Albany, Vermont, as that community's first local broadcast service. The coordinates for Channel 233A at Albany are 44-45-26 and 72- 20-09.
There is a site restriction 4.6 kilometers (2.8 miles) northeast of the community. Canadian concurrence will be requested for the allotment of Channel 233A at Albany as a specially negotiated short-spaced allotment. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 9, 2002, and reply comments on or before September 24, 2002.
