SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency has submitted the following proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3507). *Title:* National Fire Academy Long-Term Evaluation Form for Supervisors, National Fire Academy Long-term Evaluation Form for Students. *Type of Information Collection:* Extension of a currently approved collection. *OMB Number:* 3067-0260. *Abstract:* The National Fire Academy long-term evaluation forms “ one for students and one for the student's supervisor—will obtain course specific feedback regarding impact of course content on job performance.
The information is needed to improve instruction and content. Demographic data is needed to identify differentials in course impact. *Number of Respondents:* 1,500 (Students 750/Supervisors 750). *Estimated Hours per Respondent:* Student .33 and Supervisor .17. *Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours:* 375. *Frequency of Response:* 1. *Comments:* Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed information collection to the Desk Officer for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget, Washington, DC 20503 within 30 days of the date of this notice.
