Please include the Project Number (7115-032) on any comments or motions filed. k. *Description of Application* : Pursuant to Sections 4.200”) and 4.202(a) of the Commission's regulations and Public Law No. 106-213, the applicant requests that its license be amended to extend the deadline for commencement of construction until September 21, 2004. The applicant also requests that completion of construction be extended by an additional four years from any extended commencement of construction date that the Commission grants. l. *Location of the Application* : Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection.
