(OMB)for emergency clearance the following proposal for collection of information under provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). *Agency:* Bureau of Export Administration (BXA). *Title:* BXA Program Evaluation. *Agency Form Number:* None. *OMB Approval Number:* 0694-xxxx. *Type of Review:* Emergency clearance. *Burden:* 667 hours. *Average Time Per Response:* 10 minutes per response. *Number of Respondents:* 4,000 respondents. *Needs and Uses:* This form is used by BXA seminar instructors at seminar programs throughout the year. Seminar participants are asked to fill out the evaluation form during the program and turn it in at the end of the program. The responses to these questions provide useful and practical information that BXA can use to determine that it is providing a quality program and gives BXA information useful to making recommended improvements.
