Supplementary Information
In response to a request from the public, EPA is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on September 24, 2001 (66 FR 48850), for approval of revisions to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) General Rules and TNRCC Regulations for Control of Air Pollution by Permits for New Sources and Modifications in the Texas SIP. These revisions were submitted by the Governor of Texas on August 31, 1993, and July 22, 1998. The direct final rule was withdrawn November 23, 2001 (66 FR 58667).
