(OMB)for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden; it includes the actual data collection instrument. Lenders are required to submit with the form a copy of the loan application (showing income, assets, and obligations) which the lender requires the borrower to execute when applying for the loan; original employment and income verifications obtained from the borrower's place of employment; original verification of assets; and original credit report. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The **Federal Register** Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published on September 26, 2001, at page 49259. *Affected Public:* Business or other for-profit. *Estimated Annual Burden:* 50,000 hours. *Estimated Average Burden Per Respondent:* 15 minutes. *Frequency of Response:* One time. *Estimated Number of Respondents:* 200,000.
