Chapter 35), the Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR)Secretariat has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB)a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning overtime. A request for public comments was published at 66 FR 58455, November 21, 2001. No comments were received. DATES: Submit comments on or before March 18, 2002. However, when overtime is required under a contract and it exceeds the dollar ceiling established during negotiations, the contractor must request approval from the contracting officer for overtime. With the request, the contractor must provide information regarding the need for overtime. B.
