Summary
The Department of State has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Respondents: Individuals or Households. Estimated Number of Respondents: 1.5 million. Average Hours Per Response: 1/4 hr. (15 minutes). Total Estimated Burden: 375,000 hours.
