Title: Community Development Revolving Loan Program for Credit Unions, Application for Funds. Description: NCUA requests this information form credit unions to assess financial ability to repay the loans and to ensure the funds are used to benefit the institution and community it serves. Respondents: Community credit unions which request loans from the revolving loan program. Estimated No. of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 25. Estimated Burden Hours Per Response: 8 hours. Frequency of Response: Other. As the need for borrowing arises. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 200. Estimated Total Annual Cost: $3,126.
