During the opened portion of the meeting the agenda topics to be addressed will be: • Discussion on the impact of the September 11th attacks on Small Business exporters, including presentations by officials from the Small Business Administration (SBA), MBDA, U.S. Customs, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the New York City Mayor's office, the New York City Comptroller, the New York City public advocate, the New York City Fire Department, the New York City USFCS; and, • Discussion on the upcoming APEC SME Ministerial.
