SUMMARY: The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to remove all references to the Federal Personnel Manual (FPM). With the abolishment of the FPM, these references are no longer in effect. This action does not make any substantive changes to the affected rules. DATES: This rule is effective December 27, 2001.
