This document dismisses a petition for rule making filed by Tichenor License Corporation requesting the substitution of Channel 287C3 for Channel 287A at Crystal Beach, Texas and reallotment of Channel 287C3 to Stowell, Texas. See 66 FR 48108, September 18, 2001. Tichenor License Corporation withdrew its interest in the allotment of Channel 287C3 at Stowell, Texas.
